What is it that empowers you most?
My faith in myself and the Universe. Knowing that if I work hard (but not too hard) and plant my seeds of intention, I will be able to design the life of my dreams.

What is it that you love most about yourself?
I am truly in love with the way I make people feel. As I continue to practice working in light, it allows me to help others see the greatest version of themselves. It doesn’t matter if it’s my mother who I’m having tea with or someone who comes into my office at work and I ask about their day or someone I meet sharing a counter with at the gym in the morning. I love it when people leave a conversation with me and say, “I feel good about myself…”

This has come with much practice as I need to be vibrating at a level that is constant and uplifting in order to be able to have that spill over. Proper rest and nutrition, and daily yoga/meditation helps to stay me clear and happy.

What makes you feel most beautiful?
I feel the most beautiful after I teach a yoga class and am “sparkling” my ass off. It’s even better when someone comes to me post class and says, “Wow, I REALLY needed your class today…” Validation in my servitude makes me feel GORGEOUS!

Who is your biggest role model and why?
My biggest role model would have to be my mother. I’ve been blessed to have such a present and supportive mother in my life who taught me the true sacrifice involved in having a family. She was also able to do it with a massive amount of patience and faith that somehow, it/we would all grow into our own just fine. Little did she know at the time, she bred love powerhouses… ;)

Who are your favourite cultural heroines and why?
Oh my goodness… There are many. I LOVE Princess Diana, Oprah Winfrey and Maya Angelou for their faith in humanity and desire to make the world a better place… But lately, I would have to say Esther Hicks “Abraham Hicks” is someone(s) I am truly resonating with as my level of consciousness evolves. Her knowledge on vibrational and the law of attraction should be something we are taught in school. She takes “you get what you put out there…” to a whole new beautiful level.

Every choice I made led me to exactly where I am and I feel it’s a perfect foundation for my journey.

If you could pick one fictional female character to be for a day who would it be and why?
I would be Ariel. The Little Mermaid. And explore life under the sea… Preferably a warm sea… say the Caribbean sea.

What is your biggest life goal?
In the interim - my biggest life goal is to start my own business and create a vibration centre in Winnipeg for people to come to develop personally, grow spiritually, strengthen physically, calm emotionally and then for them to teach others how to do the same. The Universe is already working on this for me… and I am ready to buckle up.

In the near future – I believe the world needs my children. To share light, love and compassion. So I will become a mother and raise little humans to make this earth a more loving place to live.

What is your biggest accomplishment?
My biggest accomplishment thus far would have to be crushing some inner demons. Self-esteem, body image, etc. Once I put them to bed, I allowed so much more freedom, light and love into my life and was able to buy my own home (on my own) and continue to follow my path to becoming an entrepreneur (which I believe we ALL already are, we just need to find a way to take our power back.)

What is your favourite quote?
Wowza. There are so many. So I’ll keep it short.

“And so it is….”

It’s not so much a quote as it is a saying, but whatever you attract with your positive and loving thoughts, you can achieve. And so it is.

If you could tell your 12-year-old self one thing what would it be?
To keep going and make all of the same choices I made. Because everything will be taken care of. There would be no “don’t grow up too fast…” there would be no “go to university right out of high school…” Every choice I made led me to exactly where I am and I feel it’s a perfect foundation for my journey.

What does feminism mean to you?
Feminism means acknowledging that we are all made up of both masculine and feminine energy. So essentially we are all the same no matter our physical makeup. We are all One. Life is about learning to balance both energies (yin/yang) and understand we will all express differences throughout our experience.
